Step 1:  Connect the internet and open your browser

Step 2: Open the official webpage of the Federal Road Safety Commission, which is www.frsc.gov.ng. Be careful to open their official web page so you will not fall victim to scammers that are on the lookout to scam people through phishing sites.

Step 3:       When the site opens, click on the Number Plate confirmation link and wait for it to open where you can key in your number.

Step 4: When it opens, type the Plate Number you want to check

Step 5:  Click on Submit

Once you follow these steps, all the information about the vehicle will come up, and you can now verify if they are correct. If it shows another person’s details, it means the Plate Number is fake, and you are required to visit the nearest FRSC to rectify the issue.
