Simply visit www.flydanaair.com to book a flight. You will either see an open menu where you can start your booking process or a flight selection option. You will be shown available flights and prices, after which you can make your choice, select your preferred payment option, and complete your booking process.
Dana Air payment services and options
You can make payments for your flights on Dana Air through any of the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card: You can make payments on Dana Air website using your Visa, Interswitch Verve or Mastercard that is activated for Internet banking. You can also pay through Etranzact. Charges vary based on the payment channel used.
- Book and hold: If you do not wish to make payment through your credit/debit cards, you can select the book and hold option which allows you to pay for your flight at designated banks. Payment has to be made and confirmed within 24 hours of your flight else your booking will be cancelled. The designated banks for payment can be found here.
- Vouchers: You can use your voucher to pay for your flight and that of other passengers under the same booking. Vouchers are valid for a specific duration of time.
Dana Air Check-in options
You can check-in online or or at the airport. If you check-in online, you have to present your bags, boarding pass and a valid photo ID for verification / stamping to the Dana Air check-in counter at least 30 minutes prior to departure of the flight.
If you wish to check-in at the airport, you must arrive at least 2 hours before departure.
Dana Air Baggage allowance and policies
For checked baggage, Dana Air allows a maximum of 30kg for Business class, 23kg for Economy class and 10kg for Infants. Any baggage beyond this attracts a fee of N500 per kg.
Jewelry, cash, camera equipment, laptops, medication needed during flight, mobile phones, and other valuables should be kept in your hand luggage which should not be more than 6 kg and 45cm x 33cm x 20cm.
